01Nature of the service

Lunar Luxury provides astrological readings and consultations — computed charts, written interpretations, and live sessions rooted in the Vedic tradition and produced on our own Bharat Ephemeris calculation engine. Our readings are offered for reflection, self-understanding, planning, and guidance.

We do not deal in fear, curses, doom, or predictions of catastrophe, and we do not sell remedies that trade on anxiety. The astronomical figures we quote are computed and verified against reference ephemerides; the interpretive layer built on top of them is offered honestly as interpretation, not certainty. You remain the sole author of your own choices.

02Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or commission any reading, session, or product from Lunar Luxury.
• By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• If you provide birth details for a third person (for example, in a Family Architecture reading), you confirm you have a legitimate basis to do so and that any adult concerned is aware. We do not knowingly prepare readings for or about minors without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Readings are delivered to a global audience, including the Indian diaspora. You are responsible for ensuring that receiving this service is lawful where you reside.

03What each tier delivers

Each offering has a defined scope. The precise inclusions are described on the product page at the time of purchase; the ladder below is the canonical summary.

The written deliverable for a computed reading is prepared as a sealed PDF. Live sessions deliver the consultation for the booked duration; any written summary is provided only where the product page says so. We may refine wording or scope descriptions over time; the version shown when you pay is the version that governs your order.

04Payment & pricing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials — these are handled by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards. By paying, you also accept Razorpay's terms as they apply to the transaction.

• Prices are as listed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase and are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Where another currency is shown, it is a convenience conversion; the INR amount charged is authoritative.
• Displayed prices include 18% GST. GSTIN: 07HHJPS5515M1ZM. A GST invoice is available on request; there is no additional site fee at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised. If a payment fails or is reversed, the corresponding reading or session is not owed until payment is completed.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or refund any order affected by an obvious mistake before delivery.

05Delivery & timelines

Once payment is confirmed, we begin work. Indicative delivery targets are:

• Written readings (Life Blueprint, Cosmic Architecture, Family Architecture and Forensic Deep-Dive): the signed PDF is delivered within 72 calendar hours after payment and complete, valid birth details.
• Tarot: confirm the format and timing with us on WhatsApp before payment.
• Live Sessions: scheduled by mutual agreement after booking, honouring your timezone. NRI and diaspora bookings are accommodated across time zones wherever practical.
• Delivery is made to the email address or contact channel you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to give accurate details and to check spam or promotions folders.

06Refunds & cancellations

In short: because a reading is a bespoke, individually-prepared piece of work, refund rights are limited once preparation has begun. Where we make a guarantee in connection with a reading, that guarantee is a promise of a refund under the stated conditions only — it is never a guarantee of any outcome, event, or result in your life. The refund page is the authoritative source for eligibility, windows, and how to request one.

07Acceptable use

When engaging with Lunar Luxury, you agree that you will not:

• Use a reading or session to harass, intimidate, defraud, stalk, or cause harm to yourself or any other person.
• Request or expect fear-based, curse-based, death-timing, or coercive content — we do not provide it, and such requests may be declined without refund of work already begun.
• Provide birth or personal details of another person without a legitimate basis to do so.
• Resell, redistribute commercially, reproduce for public consumption, or present our work as your own or as a generic service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our engine, systems, or the reading of another client.
• Treat any reading as a substitute for professional advice in a regulated field, contrary to Section 01.

We may decline, pause, or terminate service — and, where appropriate, withhold delivery — if these conditions are breached, while acting reasonably and in good faith.

08Intellectual property

What you keep

The sealed PDF reading we deliver to you is yours to keep. You may read it, store it, print it, and share it privately with your own family or advisors for your personal, non-commercial use, in perpetuity. Your birth data remains yours.

What remains ours

The Bharat Ephemeris engine, our calculation methods, interpretive frameworks, templates, house style, brand, and underlying source material remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lunar Luxury and its operator. Delivering a reading grants you a personal licence to that reading; it does not transfer any right in the engine, the method, or the brand. You may not extract, copy, resell, or build a competing or derivative service from our outputs, nor use our name or marks without written permission.

Testimonials, screenshots, and content you voluntarily choose to share publicly may be used by us for reference or promotion only with your consent, in line with our privacy practices.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Luxury and its operator are not liable for any decision you make, or decline to make, in reliance on a reading, nor for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from the service. You act on your own judgement and at your own discretion.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with a reading or session is limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific reading or session. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

10Governing law

These terms and any reading, session, or transaction under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This applies wherever in the world you access the service.

11Dispute resolution

• Talk to us first. Most concerns are resolved quickly and warmly by writing to us at the contact channel below. Please raise any issue within a reasonable time of delivery.
• If a matter cannot be settled directly, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before commencing any formal proceedings.
• Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at our registered place of business in India — see the seller-identity block below — have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
• Nothing here removes any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Readings use the Bharat Ephemeris engine. Its published benchmark reports Sun 7.8″ and Moon 30.5″ p95 errors against JPL over sampled dates in 2000–2050. Other bodies have different bounds; see the full benchmark. Precision is our discipline; honesty is our house rule.
