The checkable guarantee

We do not guarantee outcomes, luck, or events. We never promise what the stars will do for you.

We guarantee our computation. If a planetary position in your reading is misplaced, or a dated window is miscomputed against the Bharat Ephemeris record, the full fee is returned — no debate.

Every chart we deliver is computed on the Bharat Ephemeris engine and verified against NASA JPL ephemerides (Sun 0.31′ p95, Moon 0.48′ p95). That record is the referee. If our numbers disagree with it, you are owed a refund. This is the only guarantee we make — and it is one we can actually keep.

§ 1

What this policy is

This is the Refund & Cancellation Policy for readings and consultations purchased from Lunar Luxury. It explains, tier by tier, when you can cancel, when you can get your money back, and how long a delivery should take.

It is written to be read — plainly, in full sentences — and it is designed to comply with India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing here removes any statutory right you have under Indian law; where the law gives you more, the law wins.

Two different things — kept separate

An outcome guarantee would be a promise that a prediction comes true. We do not make that promise, and by our own ethic we never will.

A refund promise is a promise that if we made an error — a mislaid planet, a miscalculated window, an undelivered reading — you get your fee back. That is the promise on this page.

Every tier, every window

Below is each reading we offer, at its exact price, with its exact refund window and criterion. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Refund Full refund if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the booked slot. Within 24 hours, one free reschedule is offered; a no-show is not refundable. If the chart used in your session is later shown to have a position or dated window miscomputed against the Bharat Ephemeris record, the full session fee is returned regardless of timing.
High-Fidelity Tarot from ₹2,100

Refund Full refund if you cancel before the session is drawn or the written reading is begun. Live tarot sessions follow the same 24-hour reschedule rule as Live Sessions. Where a tarot reading is paired with a computed chart, the checkable-computation guarantee applies to that chart.
Emergency Occult Intervention ₹25,000priority intervention

Refund Full refund if you cancel before we begin computation, or if a computed position or dated window is shown to be miscomputed against the Bharat Ephemeris record. Because this is priority work, it is taken up within 24 hours of a completed order with valid birth details.
Tantra / Ceremonial Invitation-gatedno public price

Refund Offered by invitation only. Cancellation and refund terms are set out individually in the written engagement note for each ceremony and are agreed before any payment is taken.

Refund Not yet available for purchase. A separate goods-returns policy will apply to physical items when the Apothecary opens.

§ 3

The computation guarantee, defined

This is the heart of the policy, so we state it precisely.

What qualifies

A planetary position (a graha's sign, degree, nakshatra, or house) stated in your reading is materially misplaced when checked against the Bharat Ephemeris engine record for your exact birth data.
A dated window we computed — a daśā/bhukti period, transit date, or timed prediction range — is miscalculated against that same record.
A reading was paid for but not delivered within its stated SLA (see §4), and we cannot deliver it.

What does not qualify

Disagreement with the interpretation or advice, where the underlying computation is correct. Interpretation is judgement, not arithmetic.
An outcome or event not turning out as discussed. We make no outcome guarantee, so none can be breached.
Birth data that was entered incorrectly by you. If you tell us where the error was, we will re-compute a corrected reading at no extra charge.

The referee

In every case the Bharat Ephemeris engine record, verified against NASA JPL ephemerides, is the neutral reference we both check against. It is objective and reproducible — which is exactly why we can offer this guarantee at all.

§ 4

Delivery timeline

All written readings — Life Blueprint, Cosmic Architecture, Family Architecture, and Forensic Deep-Dive — are delivered within 72 hours of a completed order with valid birth details.

Emergency Occult Intervention is priority work: it is taken up and delivered within 24 hours of a completed order with valid birth details.
Live Sessions and live High-Fidelity Tarot are delivered at the scheduled time you book.
If we cannot meet the 72-hour window, we will tell you before it lapses and offer either a firm new time or a full refund — your choice.
If you have paid and heard nothing within the stated window, you are entitled to a full refund on request under §3.

§ 5

How to request a refund

Point to the issue
For a computation refund, tell us which position or dated window looks wrong. For a cancellation, just say so within the window for your tier.
We check the record
We compare against the Bharat Ephemeris engine record and reply — normally within 3 working days, and no later than the timelines required by law.
Money returns to source
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days, subject to your bank or payment provider.

Fair use & good faith

This policy is offered in good faith and expects the same in return; repeated or evidently bad-faith refund claims may be reviewed individually.
Nothing here overrides your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable Indian law.
We may update this policy; the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be dated at the top of the page.
Any dispute is subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at the seller's registered location.
