Will you ask me to justify the refund or try to convince me to stay?

No. The lineage does not need to retain your money to feel sovereign. We will ask one feedback question — what was inadequate — so the next Blueprint is better. You are free to skip it.

How long does the refund take to land?

Razorpay UPI / card refunds typically post in 3-7 business days depending on your bank. International (USD / EUR / GBP) takes 5-10 days. We initiate the refund within 24 business hours of your request.

What happens to my chart data after a refund?

Your birth data and the rendered Blueprint PDF are retained on your account dashboard for 30 days post-refund (so you have time to re-purchase or download). After 30 days, hard-deleted. DPDP Act 2023 + lineage's own sovereignty binding.

If I refund and re-purchase later, do I lose anything?

No. You can re-purchase any tier at any time. The Architect will note in the new engagement that you previously read the Blueprint, so we do not waste your time repeating what you already inherited.

Can I get a partial refund if I love most of the Blueprint but one section disappointed me?

Yes. Write what was inadequate. We will either rewrite that section (no charge) or partial-refund proportionally. The lineage adapts; the binding holds.
