Fifteen anchor predictions were pre-registered in Sep 2025. The IBM Heron r2 quantum hardware was used to evaluate the cyclic group ℤ/3ᵏℤ for k ∈ {1, 2, 3}. The fit between predicted period structure and observed phase angles returned R² = 0.9995, with the worst-anchor residual at 0.0024 rad.
